These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the Tokenly service (the “Service”) and any individual or legal entity using it (the “User”). By creating an account or using any feature of the Service, the User confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.
1. The Service
Tokenly provides a single interface to third-party language models (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini and others) through a compatible HTTP API. The Service does not develop or host the models themselves — the User's requests are forwarded to the provider selected in the request, and the Service meters token usage and charges its cost against the User's balance.
2. Account registration
To use the Service the User creates an account by providing a valid email address and a password. The User undertakes to provide accurate information, to keep credentials safe and to be responsible for any activity performed under their account. The Service may require email confirmation before unlocking full functionality.
3. API keys
The Service issues one or more API keys for accessing the proxied models. An API key is confidential, is shown to the User exactly once and cannot be recovered later. The User must keep keys secret, must not publish them in public sources and must revoke any compromised key from their dashboard without delay.
4. Balance and charges
The Service operates on a prepaid basis: the User tops up the balance through one of the supported methods (bank card, SBP, cryptocurrency), and the cost of every request is then deducted from the balance according to the rates published in the model catalogue. The cost is calculated when the request completes, based on the actual number of tokens processed. Charges are final, except as described in the Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
The User undertakes to use the Service in compliance with applicable law and with the usage policies of the underlying providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and others). It is forbidden to use the Service to generate unlawful, abusive or malicious content, to attempt to bypass provider restrictions, or to attack the Service's infrastructure or third parties. Breach of this clause may result in account suspension without refund of the remaining balance.
6. Availability and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and depends on the availability and behaviour of third-party model providers. The Service makes reasonable efforts to remain available but does not guarantee 100% uptime, freedom from errors or any specific content of model responses. The Service's liability is limited to the amount of the User's remaining balance at the time the claim arises.
7. Termination
The User may delete their account at any time from the dashboard. The Service may restrict or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms. The Refund Policy applies to any remaining balance in accordance with its provisions.
8. Changes to the Terms
The Service may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on the website; the date of the latest update is shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the Service after publication of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance. Questions and notices: support@tokenly.plus.
